Evergreens Trees or Conifers are trees that has leaves or needles throughout the entire year.  They keep their green color through those long winter months providing at least some color to a blank landscape.  This contrast with a deciduous trees or shade trees, which completely lose their foliage during the winter season. Evergreen trees are primarily used in our privacy lines and borders.  Most evergreen trees grow fast to create a solid barrier between you and your neighbor.
