Japanese Snowbell, Styrax japoicus, is a compact deciduous flowering tree.  The leaves are 1 to 3 1/2″ in long with medium to dark green color.  The flowers which are showy, bell-shaped and fragrant appear in May and June.

  • Best grown in organically rich, acidic, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade.
